During my recent stay at the Ecclefechan Hotel, I had the pleasure of dining in their on-site restaurant, and I must say, I was quite impressed with the culinary innovation and the ambiance of the place. the Devil's Porridge and Lochmaben Castle were cultural highlights that I looked forward to exploring after a satisfying meal. The complimentary English breakfast offered at the hotel was a delightful start to the day. As I sat on the terrace overlooking the beautiful garden, I couldn't help but appreciate the peaceful surroundings. One evening, I decided to unwind at the on-site bar and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of drinks available. the bartender was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. the food was well-prepared, and the service was impeccable.
